Insurance
We will assist you anyway we can. This includes filing insurance, providing referrals, and authorization as required by your insurance.
Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will make every attempt to ensure that service is covered by your insurance. However, you are ultimately responsible for any balance not paid by your insurance.
Billing
We recognize the need for a definite understanding between the patient and his/her doctor regarding financial arrangements for medical care. All copayments and deductibles are accepted at the time of check-in. If you do not have medical insurance, you are expected to pay at least half of the bill up front and we can bill you for the remaining cost.
